Drop-offs and pick-ups are available during our standard operating hours. Please plan your travel accordingly.
- Monday – Friday: 8 am – 12 pm &
3 pm – 5 pm
- Saturday: 8 am – 11 am
- Sunday: 3 pm – 5 pm
- Public Holidays: Closed

Payment
Daily Rate
Our boarding rates are charged as a flat daily rate. To make the most of your pet’s day, we recommend dropping them off in the morning and collecting them in the afternoon.
